Wrong size bed . Paid for king got a full. Never knew if there was gonna be hot water. Sheets were dirty. Burn holes in the comforter. And then had a hard time getting our 100 bucks back for deposit.

The propierty is dirty. The rooms are terrible the owner came inside my room while i was sleeping i didnt hearhim knock he just came in then he putp us in another rooms and someone had a key to the room and came in at 3am scared me terribly Apparently he had rented it to someone earlier and they had a key..i would never stay there again

First the desk clerk tryed to charge me more for the room when I arrived. The bathroom look like some one died in it, the heat didnt work so they gave me a floor heater that was older than me which kept knocking out the power which happened 4x. The last time was around 11pm. I was with out power in the middle of winter after an hour i just left. This the worse hotel i have ever stayed in.

Didn't like anything about the property it was all run down old the bed is makeshift and the whole entire experience disappointing and disgusting I would never suggest this place to anyone let alone my worst enemy to anybody else who is reading this do not spend your money for this location they also want a $30 deposit when the room alone should be $15. They should honestly be paying you to stay there don't know if it has bed bugs we didn't sleep on their bedding we use our own bedding the toilet doesn't have toilet paper and hardly ever flushes the cable is staticky.

I'm still awaiting to hear back from Expedia. I'm supposed to get a full refund in the amount of $73+ dollars. I did not stay at the property. In fact I only arrived to get abused, made to feel threatened, and made to flee the property. Still as of right now 24 hours later both Expedia and the property are holding on to and benefiting from having my money while I got nothing in return but one of the worst customer experiences possible.

STEER CLEAR!! This place is the worst. I figured we just got a good deal by bundling this place with our flight and rental car, but this place is a complete scam. The bathroom didn't have a door handle, the toilet had a round seat on an oval base, and the toilet had literal mold growing in it. None of the light switches had switch plates on them, so someone could easily electrocute themselves. I would not be surprised if there were bedbugs on the property at some point recently. This place is listed as a 4 star hotel on Google maps, but it's barely a 1 star hotel. It is cheap, but your sanity is worth more than that. We took a look at the room and walked out. Couldn't get a refund, but I'd rather light the money on fire than stay the night in this place.

The most awful experience we've ever had. Upon check in, we were already skeptical by the neighborhood as well as the people on the property. We was told only 2 rooms left, both queen beds except one bed was in a king frame. He also told us only one room had a tv and told us we was lucky bc there was no bedbugs or cockroaches. We asked to see the room but he insisted we pay first and we had to pay in cash bc his cc machine was not working. We looked at the room and instantly was in shock . The bedding was visibly dirty, there were cigarette holes all over the comforter, there were stains of what appeared to be fecal matter all over the bathroom floor and the room smelled like someone may have passed away in there, no lie. We told him we wanted our money back because we could not not would we ever stay there..he was reluctant but he did give us back our money. I was appalled, the room looked nothing like advertised on Hotels com or their website..

Old property building, so you expect for a few things to be out of wack (understandable), but this place was an overall no-go. Room 118: - Hotel room was closed and lock when I got to it - No toilet paper in the bathroom - Toilet water just kept running - Narrow shower - Random door in the room screwed closed - Light didn't work in the bathroom - No updated lighting (so old yellow style lighting)(so honestly who cares but it was dim making it hard to see around) - Random wet spot on the bed, soaked through the covers to the mattress Immediately walked out of the room after all that, would not place a protected client in there whatsoever.
