O hotel é fabuloso, simplesmente lindo. O atendimento é impecável. O quarto é incrível, super aconchegante, a cama é maravilhosa. O bar é bem bonito, os drinks são ótimos. A comida que pedimos no quarto estava muito boa e a proatividade da equipe, elevam o hotel a outro padrão. Com certeza, um dos melhores hotéis da Europa.

It is rare that my girlfriend cries but this hotel made her tearful on her birthday for all the wrong reasons. We booked a three-night stay at this hotel to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday with a bit of luxury. Check-in was slow. Why is it that luxury hotels think a slow, hands-on approach to getting your room keys makes sense? When we eventually got to the room, we were very disappointed to discover that despite having booked a double room, we had been allocated a twin room. We called the desk and were told there were no other rooms available. At no point prior to our stay had this been communicated to us. We were offered an upgrade for the remaining two nights, and promised that the hotel would move our luggage to the new room. Of course, the following day we needed to "check out" at 12:00 and were told the new room would not be available before 3pm, as though this was a regular, new check-in -- we therefore lost the amenity of having a room at all for the middle part of the day. We were initially given a new key -- to the old room! When we did eventually get into the new room, there was no luggage! The following day, we used the spa. When we came back to the room in the middle of the afternoon, it had still not been serviced. When we asked at the front desk, housekeeping came but more or less all they did was make the bed -- none of the tea & coffee was replenished. That's really not 5-star service. I have more to say but no space to say it

Excellent hotel all around. It’s hard to compare to any other 5 star hotel I’ve stayed it. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. Staff provide excellent customer experience and very attentive at all times. Excellent location in the heart of Amsterdam!

Listen, this place right here...this is the place to be. I'm a big traveler and have stayed in dozens of hotels from The Ritz to La Quinta and this place topped them all - and this was my first time in Amsterdam. Absolutely unreal. Not only is it probably the best location in the city to see literally anything of interest, but the property itself is top notch. It has an incredible interior, it has an incredible bar (one of the best bars in Amsterdam, period). It has a beautiful courtyard and a restaurant with incredible food. And the rooms?? Yeah, imagine having the best shower ever and having perfectly temperature controlled with plenty of space in even the smallest rooms. But that's not even the best part - my Fiancé and I wanted to go out to eat so I insisted we converse with the concierge since the rest of the hotel was already 10/10, we must've gotten 5 recommendations for restaurants and tours from them and each one was off the charts. The first restaurant we went to greeted us and when we sat down...BOOM, glass of champagne at the restaurant COMPLIMENTS of the rosewood. Check in was easy, they took our bags, they called us Ubers and ever person there was friendly - I will seriously not stay anywhere else in Amsterdam when I return - there's no point - this place has everything you need. (Also shoutout to the concierge, Mara - sorry about the spelling - she totally rocks and they should pay her whatever she desires)

Just unreal. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip special. They were so kind, accommodating and knowledgable. The hotel is pristine. Not only are the interiors beautiful but the beds are ridiculously comfortable. Location wise you are in the heart of things so nothing is too far to cycle or walk. Plus the tram is right there should you want to whizz about on that. 10/10. We couldn’t thank the Rosewood enough for a birthday stay we won’t forget.

The Rosewood Amsterdam is restored & beautifully designed with an incredible selection of artwork on display. The details are well thought out throughout the hotel. I was thrilled that our quest room overlooked the canal. The linens and bed are a dream come true! From the moment you book your stay you’ll be well cared for. The concierge team communicates, offering insight, very helpful getting tickets prior to our arrival along with reservations allowing for a seamless stay. The check-in staff offers a warm welcome. The entire staff engages in customer care. The Rosewood location is fabulous! We enjoyed every single minute!

After 10 hours trip with family arrived at hotel @2pm , my assistant called and emailed multiple times asking for possibly earlier check in. I booked two of their better side by side rooms. They said we had late check out and you need to wait a bit more. After complaining few times, they offered temporary small room to stay till our rooms gets ready, I called multiple times for our luggages to be sent to temp room to at least be able to change our clothes and got completely ignored, finally around 5pm we got our rooms. Before leaving the room someone came to check the bar in case we touched it, had one coffee from espresso machine and while she was replacing it, said no worries it’s free!!. Went for dinner and got the email with charges from spa, back to hotel and asked why we have been charged and after checking few times they said it was mistake from previous stay.Next morning asked for room service breakfast, American breakfast with extra bread, all we got was bread jam and orange juice for 50 euros including tips already added (only thing they remember) It’s good looking hotel with absolutely horrible service, awful check in experience, any excuses to charge. I would never come back or recommend this hotel to no one. This hotel is not average price, it’s expensive, you would expect certain levels of service and experience, as gold member of the hotels.com I have to mention this was the worst hotel experience I have ever experienced in last 15 years of my membership.
