Hotel molto sporco sia nei corridoi, che camere e sala colazione. Ho pernottato tre notti purtroppo. Ogni sera rientravo in camera che non era stata pulita. La reception mi cambiava la camera. Lenzuola sporche. Ho contattato anche il servizio clienti di Hotels.com. La terxa sera dopo due camere cambiate mi sono rivolto alla manager che ha detto non conoscere cosa il personale fa. Cosa molto grave detta da ina manager che dovrebbe conoscere tutto quello che accade. In sala colazioni ho chiesto al cameriere di pulire il tavolo prima di sedermi per consumare e lui, sbadigliandomi in faccia mi ha detto di andare im un altro tavolo (faccio presente che tutti i tavoli erano pieni). Colazione poi molto scarsa. Anche i tavoli erano sporchi (non puliti da molto tempo). Pessimo hotel, pessimo personale, pessimi servizi

There were loiters in the lot in and out all day long. Watched drug deals happen, a woman peed in the parking lot, it consistently smelled like weed. There were always people at the back entrance trying to get into the hotel. Breakfast was minimal, there was no milk for cereal and your choice of drink was water or orange juice. You have to "check in" in order to receive breakfast. Upon check in the front desk rep kept being interrupted by someone talking to her and delayed my check in. Once in the room we noticed that the three light fixtures had light bulbs that did not work and the tops were not attached to the light. There were no towels and the floors had various red stains throughout.

Hotel is very run down, the bed is uncomfortable, the carpet in the room and halls is very visibly dirty, and the entire 3rd floor reeks of marajuana. I would not choose to stay here again.

There was a problem with someone coming into my room . I had told the lovely very good young lady at check in I wanted a 1st floor room . She gave me that and later said she somehow assigned me a third floor room . She came to the room and said the room wasn't paid for as they knocked on the door . When she saw it was me she told me the mistake . It was a bit alarming for me . Hopefully that won't happen again .

I booked a 4 night stay and on the 3rd night I decided to book a second room (my coworker was snoring too much). I accidentally booked it for the next Friday instead of the current day. Hotels.com said the property needed to approve the cancellation for a refund. The hotel never responded after many attempts from both myself and hotels.com. Remind you I realized the mistake while I was at the counter and within 30 sec of booking the hotel said they can’t do anything about it. It was an honest mistake that was realized immediately, handled respectfully, and the hotel refused to do anything about it. This was straight theft from the hotel.

My room was excellent - clean and cozy - and the staff was lovely. The breakfast could have been a bit better. Also, although I appreciated the mini fridge in my room, a microwave would have been nice as well.

The room I was given had light bulbs missing, there was no iron, the ironing board had a cover on one end that was too small for the board and the foam underneath was falling apart. There was mold in the shower, there were stains on the bed linens. The carpet needed to be vacuumed. I asked for new linens the first morning prior to me leaving for the day. I was told they would have someone come clean the room, replace the light bulbs and put an iron in the room. None of that happened by the time I returned at 9pm that evening. I spoke with some at the front counter and they had some give me linens to take with me, and the maintenance person was going to follow me bring the light bulbs and iron. The new linens had more stains than the previous linens. One of the beds appeared to have a significant dip in the center. Although not the direct fault of the hotel they still didn't do anything about the smell of cigarettes, cigars and Marijuana all over the place. This hotel has seen better days and I will never stay here again. On the positive side at least the demeanor and attitudes of the staff were pleasant.

It was filthy. we paid extra for early check inn just to clean our own room. there was trash all over the halls, dirty linen and trash piled by the door to get in the building. There was water leaking from the light in the bathroom in the shower. We heard drips all night. The manager was rude. Rooms were scarce because of the event in the area. Said she would refund money to card in 3 days. Everything about this hotel was misrepresented. They don't even vacuum. They had an old broom for us to sweep the room.

I checked in went to start my shower the water was scorching hot and set my smoke alarm off maintenance man Indian man came to my room I had no shirt or bra on grabbed my towel he came in fixed the alarm went in my bathroom turned my shower to cold and left I turned the water back to my temp got in showered when I turned my shower off to get out he knocked at my door again and was trying to come back in my room made no sense to me nothing else was wrong I was scared I watched him stand in front of my room door after I told him to leave. I called the front desk and they hung up on me after complaining

Under renovation. The beds were extremely uncomfortable—like sleeping on bricks. Even my 6-year-old couldn’t get comfortable. The breakfast was unappetizing, and the parking lot felt very unsafe. To make matters worse, the back door was propped open and there was broken glass right outside as soon as you walked out, which added to the overall concern about safety. The only positive was the check-in process—the front desk staff member was friendly and efficient. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

When we got there and checked in we heard other customers complaining their rooms were dirty and tv’s were broken. The grounds were dirty and there was a lady there that was cursing at the staff members and under the influence of some drugs, seemed like they knew her and she was a constant presence. When we got to our room the flops could have been vacuumed better and our fridge was broken. We didn’t realize it was broken until after we ordered food and had left over. I called them to come fix it and no one came. We went down to the front desk because we were going to see a concert and told them and the guy said they would send someone up, no one came. Then I called when we got back to the hotel and they suggested at 11pm to come down to the lobby and get a room change. At that point the food was already disgusting and it wasn’t worth to move rooms we should have just left. Very disappointed I stayed here and wasted money. When I checked out I mentioned our fridge wasn’t fixed and then I heard another lady saying her ceiling in the bathroom fell down and smacked her in the face.

if you’re looking for a place to sleep for a night before flying or on your way through for cheap then this is it. The entire hotel smells of smoke its old carpets. They fixed up the lobby nicely but the rest of the hotel needs a proper face lift. The bed was comfortable and a good size. Room had a microwave and a mini fridge. Ice machine on the floor wasn’t working. This a basic, simple and cheap hotel with no frills. We needed a place to stay on a road trip.

The lobby was beautiful and bright. Too bad the room did not hsve the same energy. The room was clean but the lamp, the end table light didn't work and the phone had no cord. The room had no microwave! The bed was hard as a brick. Nope....we won't be staying there again.

Breakfast was nasty pork meat only the first room I was assigned had a backed up plumbing issue yoi can smell the poop from other people who stayed here years ago wheb I first got to my assigned floor it was prostitutes in the elevator hall when I got to the stinky room they looked out the elevator hall to see what room I was going in like what kinda messy sketchy stuff y’all got going on here? DONT STAY AT ANY HOTEL IN THIS ARE THEY ARE MOTELS NOT HOTELS AND THEY GIVE YOU ONE TOWEL RAG AND FACE TOWEL SMH
