WARNING: This hotel is under transition from what appears to be either an extended stay hotel or halfway house to a (possibly) functioning hotel. There are only a few rooms that weren't occupied with long term residents or under renovations. The lobby is NOT functioning with no signs directing guests to where they can check in, so I wandered over to the other hotel's lobby. The hotel overall looks very rough! The desk was not attended and no one arrived within a reasonable time frame after the door buzzer announced my arrival. I had to call for assistance. While I was checked in, the staff member was not friendly or helpful. When I got up to my room on the third floor with my luggage, the key cards did not work! Even after they finish renovations, I probably won't stay there again. This stay was so far from the standard I've come to accept from a Hotels.com stay.
No chance in hell I was turning this lamp on. 😬

The air conditioner in the room didn't work well. The toilet wouldn't stop running water unless you jiggled the handle a bunch of times. The television is really old it's pre hdmi, so we had to go and get another television from my in-laws house and bring it over. The sheets on the had holes in them. The matress on the bed is really hard, it hurt my wifes back. The shower water had standing water when you took a shower. Also before the night before we checked out there was a cockroach that climbed up the wall and onto the ceiling and we had to kill it. One of the hotels front desk clerks was always on the phone and he wasn't very friendly with good customer service. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The ratings on hotels.com were completely false. This property was the worst hotel in terms of cleanliness, convenience, and amenities that we have ever been in. We considered leaving and canceling the room but didn't have other options and didn't want to deal with the front desk staff again. We weren't actually sure where we should check in. I have several pictures that show property neglect, possibly unsafe and definitely unsanitary conditions. The check in staff was dour and it seemed we were interrupting their nap. The coverlets on the beds had bleach stains and cigarette burn holes in them. There was only a sheet and thin coverlet rather than any blankets. There was no elevator and no luggage cart. The room did not have any USB ports for charging electronics. The plug on the light between the beds didn't work at all . There was no kleenex provided in the room. Room service consisted of providing one more bath towel and one more hand towel - didn't make beds or leave new plastic cups. The "breakfast" consisted of ice cold water in the hot water carafe, 1 remaining apple, no milk for the cereal and 1 remaining muffin and donut each. The microwave was filthy. There were personal items settled into the walkways that apparently belonged to long-term residents. The grounds were unkept and littered with decorations from holiday's past. There was a small hole dug in the dirt under one of the paint-peeling stairways that appeared very creepy. The site should be razed.

This motel was confusing, upon arrival I was not able to find the “office” I booked online in their parking lot. Thankfully a person saw me wandering around and told me I had to check in at the quality inn as it was owned by the same person. The sheets had cigarette burns, tears and stains on them. I had bedding in my car that I used. There were people outside my door sitting in their car and going back and forth the to room next to me. I will not return to this motel.

once again staff was great rooms were always cleaning every time we come here it feels just like family so we appreciate everyone here and definitely recommend it to you especially the cracker barrel's right next door is in stores are closer they can be especially in the area like this we really had a good time felt like I'm home away from home
