The lady at the front desk was very rude. I had my ID and my booking confirmation on my phone, but she would not let me check in because somebody stole my wallet. Any other place would accommodate my wife and I which she is blind and pregnant.

The property is dirty, there was smell of rotten garbage, in the parking lot, the shower had empty shampoo packets, it look like they hadn't clean the shower tub in long time, mold in it, no iron in the room or hair dryer, no coffe maker, the fridge had smell, the entire room smell like, abandoned place, couldn't sleep, start coughing because the dust in the room, make me sick.

The room was good but the outside and the elevator smells. The woman in the window needs to improve her communication skills I payed online for a one king bed and when I got there she said they only have two queen available, I was okay with that but she doesn’t know how to communicate, one I said is there no more king beds at all? She sounded like she wanted to fight over my question, and started to tell me that there is a lot of people coming like I am not one of them. That woman doesn’t like that job I bet

The worst hotel experience I've ever had There was a hole in the wall of the room, bad smell, they came to knock on the door at 10:30 am to check out and there was no one who could attend to me.

They was some good ppl or whatnot. But the place really somewhat rundown for real. Door handle was gone off the bathroom door. The bed looked as someone was still staying in it. So I got new sheets. Then the window was dang near following apart and it was open and couldn’t close it. But the bed was comfortable lol and the tv worked good. The ac unit worked good. Fridge was ok. My girl and child left me and never came back that day till like a hour after checkout.

Yeah everything is great except for a couple of the fans ac1 got great I'm Raymond James I am going to say I am these couple of fans you can come in behind me every time every f****** time no privacy I swear there's cameras and they're talking to me and I know there is at this point it's it's a given so if you got footage of them going in before and after me I want to sue them there's a plagiarizing and stealing from me copyright infringements definition human being my most favorite crime to give them impersonating human beings and animals too impersonating animals they're not even animals are Furman insects petulance P testy it was so dreamy you know get real real quick

The refrigerator broke the first day, but they replaced it right away. The bed was comfortable, how ever the curtains did not block out the sun as well as I hoped they would. I am a night worker and needed to sleep during the day. The water pressure was very good in the shower as was the temperature. I would stay again if I come back to this town.

If you're not afraid of crazy staff, crawling bugs in the room, and super dirty beds and sofas, then come and stay! When I came out of the room, I found a male employee putting his ear against the wall of the guest room and listening to the sounds in each room. I don't know what his purpose was!

The staff at this location kicked me out for having a service animal. After harassing my family, they stated no pets. But a service animal isn’t a pet. They refused to give me my refund and stated it was Expedia fault. Spoke with customer service they informed me the property manager of the inn, refused to give me my refund 0/10 customer service
