The outside of the place could use some upgrading, and the Continental Breakfast needs a makeover, choice wise.... Other than that it was a nice place to stay cuz it was close to The Pavilion and the rooms were very clean... The staff was very helpful and there was a lot of parking and I definitely would stay here again

The property is very rundown. There is a strong oder, like mold. Also, the water smells like sulfur. When I booked the rate was $160.00 for the night, but when I arrived at the property I was charged $245.00 for the night…plus, and extra $35.00 for my dog. It will be the last $280.00 they get from me! I will not return…would rather sleep in my car.

If you need a bed it will suffice. Badly in need of uograde. Breakfast does not start till 7 and if on business too late. Could use a lot of work. Also no hot water one day so brace for a cold shower.

This property needs major maintenance and upgrades. The building looks terrible, rugs in lobby and hallway smell. Mildew and paint chipping on outside. I asked to see room before staying. Room was clean, no rugs in room which was good. Room was adequate to sleep in. I was only spending one night there, but I would not recommend this for a long-term stay. There’s an abandoned restaurant next to the hotel which made me think the Inn was also abandoned. Staff was nice but limited English they had a young boy working behind the counter to Assist with language.

Les chambres laissent à désirer sur la propreté et l'état des lieux. C'est très vieux comme endroit et ça manque d'amour. L'hôtel est facile d'accès. Le déjeuner continental, on va passer notre tour. On avait loué 4 chambres et certains lits avaient des cheveux. Bref, le prix est en conséquence.

The motel is run down. The room itself was recently remodeled and clean. No toiletries were provided. We bring most of our own, but hand soap should be provided! I went to the service desk several times and rang the bell to get hand soap and no one ever came. On our second night the room key wouldn't work. Thankfully some one came eventually after ringing the bell multiple times and fixed our key card. Also the bathroom sink had no water pressure.

Located in the beautiful lakes region of NH with nice water views. Family run hotel at a great value . Stayed for a concert at the nearby BankNH Pavillion and it was very convenient.

If you need a cheap roof over your head this is your place. The free "breakfast" is a banana and toast. You cannot get staff early or late. That can be a pain. Shower water preassure is literally a trickle. Its old, the rear entrance reeks. Its run down but you get what you pay for. Our room was good. Went during bike week and this was far beyond the cheapest room. So for that it served a purpose. We paid 161.....tried to rebook again they wanted 240. Would stay elsewhere for that price.
