As instalações do hotel são muito boas e a equipe de funcionários tambem. Piscina muito bonita e academia completa. Ambiente em geral muito agradável. Acesso toso por biometria e senhas. Por outro lado, o quarto 526 deixou bastante a desejar: o ralo do boxe não dá vazão, vaza água do boxe para o banheiro, a roupa de cama extra estava rasgada e as toalhas eram finas e pequenas.
