I would recommend this place again and again. The owners had recently taken over and it was a truly fantastic experience. The grounds are beautiful, very convenient to the beach, and the rooms are huge. The only note I would add is that there's no lift/elevator so be prepared for the possibility of walking some rather narrow stairs. That said, breakfast is menu based and delicious, the family that runs the facility is absolutely the kindest, and I plan to return here in the future and see what kind of amazing changes they make. 10/10

Hotel was lovely run by a lovely family. Furnishing was very modern and quirky liked the decor in dining room and our bedroom was lovely decorated nice colours and very comfy. There was a great choice at breakfast and presented very well. Lots of smiles and asked if we slept ok. Definitely recommend this hotel and very close to a lovely beach and town centre.

The hotel is located very close to Nairn beach which is just a a few hundred metres away and can be accessed by walk. The surrounding area is residential and beautifully maintained. Our room was clean (Room 12). It was on the ground floor in the garden. Access was easy to the room from the garden where I parked my car. The only issue was the very small wash basin (this was a room designed for physically challenged people). The wash basin was indeed a real problem as it was very low (great if you were using a wheelchair) and incredibly small. Simon informed us that he has plans to update this soon. The bed was brilliant and the shower was excellent. Breakfast was very good and was served with love and kindness. Simon and Jenny were simply excellent as hosts. They had time to chat to us and gave us a lot of tips to go around the highlands. It was a pity that we had to leave. When we return to the highlands this will be the place we shall be staying. Thank you Simon and Jenny.

The amenities, as well as the high-level of cleanliness at the Clubhouse was very comforting but what truly made our stay special was Simon and his family, who own and run this establishment. We arrived fairly late after check-in time, but Simon, and one of his children met us, walked us to the room, and made sure that we were at ease while also recommending a good spot that was close for us to grab dinner, even though it was late. They know every part of the town and go out of their way to make their guests feel extra special, and it did not go unnoticed. I witnessed them in the mornings, making their way around to each table to make sure that the guests were well taken care of and have a friendly chat. We are eager to return and stay there the next time we visit Scotland again from the United States.

This was a last minute booking. I had no idea what I had booked. We were at dinner and Simon messaged us asking what time we were arriving, this was when I realized it was a guesthouse. He was very pleasant and kind. Normally check-in is before 9 pm and we didn't get there until 10:30. We were thankful for his graciousness. Breakfast was included and cooked to order. It was lovely and a great way to start our day. The colour scheme was fun and bright and again Simon was on top of everything. We arrived left and left early. If we were back in the area, we would definitely stay here again.
