This is a Motel 6. It's just rebranded. Which is fine. You get what you pay for. As a solo traveler looking for a a place to sleep for a night, this is the lowest price option in the Topeka area. This place checks the box. Soft bed, relatively clean. Rooms are not carpeted, floors and bottom of shower is scuffed, the only light is the overhead light (no lamp). But it did the job. I'd never have my family stay here, but for a stopover night, it's fine. 6/10.

The room was maintained and clean. The shower head was on the shower curtain side spraying towards the wall, brilliant. It helped prevent over splash out of the shower.

the staff was friendly and helpful. The property is not very desirable but I have seen much worse. I am beside myself at how much these places can charge for a place to sleep. If it were a decent place, that'd be different. No breakfast or even coffee pot. That was a negative mark for me.

This was the worst place to stay the mattress was old had holes in it had rust stains like it came out of the trash the fridge and microwave was dirty with food residue on top the shower had chipped paint and terribly stained I requested for another room the clerk created a scene very aggressive toward me I was offended by her actions I wouldn’t ever the outside was dilapidated and unsafe bricks and trash in the with a broken down fence I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone especially if you have children very dangerous

I got in around 4pm after driving for about 8 hrs from Denver, they cancelled my room, apparently they called me confirm but didn’t leave a message on Thursday, I was at work so didn’t see the call coming in, it was an unknown number to me so disregarded it. They were fully booked but they had one accessible room available for $50 more which I took because I was tired and I anted to rest. The receptionist was answering calls and trying to help me, apparently she was alone. I will not book this property again.

I had put in a request for 2 beds and for 10 to 15 mins i had to argue with the lady who was getting all of my information that i did not request it even after I showed the receipt and showed how many days we were staying didn't matter till after i kept saying its for 2 beds . The room was not clean nor was the toilet has drug users who were next door and had tried to give us some with kids being in front of them. The sheets had burnt holes in them. The bathroom door was broke as if someone tried to kick it down or something and i never requested that someone come in my room to clean and the cleaning person ended up unplugging the refrigerator which had food in it. The whole experience throughout expedia to the motel was not great at all

I booked on an app for a discount and when the lady at the desk said to just go through her for the next night and I would get the same rate and then later I found out she charged me almost double what I paid through the app. FYI make sure you check what you will be charged because it isn’t worth what I was charged for a night.
