Nice older hotel, clean and comfortable and great staff. Walking distance to the stadium.

Key card didn’t work properly, the pool was closed due to algae, no coffee pot, and saw roaches in the bathroom

Cold A/C The hotel was an old Days Inn that has new owners they seem to be upgrading the entire property. Should be a real nice place to stay in the future

6/10 Buono

My room had no a.c, which wasn't a big problem as it dropped to high 40s that night. But the room smelled of mildew/ some form of fungal mold, the microwave was not safe not for use and would occasionally arc ( i was not told of such prior to attempting to use the appliance) and there were multiple cigarette buts shoved behind the end table with burn marks and ashes on the bedding as if it was never changed after the previous resident left

The place was disgusting. The bathroom counter was broken, and you can see the particle board. The room was old and outdated. I paid almost $200 for one night and it was a complete waste of money. They should have charged over $20 for this nasty place.

Here for Game Day af UF. Was happy to get 1 night- many hotels require 2 nights. Checked in at 3p, dying cockroach in the bathroom. A/c didn’t work(wall unit) , phone to Main Desk didn’t work. We went back to office and clerk said she forgot to turn on the a/c from there in the office! The king bed was comfy and linens smelled nice but tile floor was very dusty!.. I kept my socks on. Didn’t try the AM breakfast— got out!

Staff was super great, and the price was very reasonable. However, you definitely get what you pay for… The AC was off when we got there but worked well!

Rooms are always clean and fresh smelling staff is so friendly and helpful and property is always well keep. and the rates are great.

The front desk person was extremely helpful and great. However the rest of the property was abysmal. This is not a hotel, it’s a hovel. Nothing works. The beds looked clean however. I left as soon as I checked in. As someone from out of town I understood it is nonrefundable for a reason. There is no WiFi, there is no gym, the pool is off limits. It is a barely functional place.

The ladies at the desk both the nighttime check in and the next morning when we left we're fantastic and super helpful. I would have loved to have had a hair dryer in the room but I should have asked that beforehand I just assumed but you know what happens when you do that but other than that it was perfect. The bed was super comfortable and the AC unit works GREAT!!!
