Stayed in the 2bedroom family apartment. It was super cute and affordable. An easy walk to the boardwalk and beach. Room was clean house keeping dropped off fresh towels second morning. Only complaint was the toaster didn’t work.

We really enjoyed our stay here in the family suite. It's a condo on the side of a beach front building. Just a few short steps out to the boardwalk, then the beach! Our family of six adults/teens were comfortable. We would stay again!

Was close to boardwalk and pool was pretty close. Hadda beg for tp and get them to fix bathroom drain. Also tip up in tub couldn't get to work. But not as bad as some reviews. And cant believe Expedia fees. Staff was helpful. Parking was tight.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was great. Pool was ok, definitely a great touch. Its not as crowded in the beach or boardwalk at this hotel location in comparison to the ones closer to the start of the boardwalk.

Overall this was a great trip!! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool was very clean each day. The breakfast that was offered had a nice selection to choose from. Easy walk to the beach from our room by the pool. The rooms were in good condition and the shower water pressure was decent. My only suggestion is make sure to bring shampoo and conditioner, because there was none provided. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

This place was great, very clean, very attentive staff. I haven't been back down that way in years. But this new owner is putting in the work with his team. The Manager fixed any issue I could possibly have and the room and beds were super comfy. I know where I'll be staying from now on while in town!

Staff was really nice and polite. Room was clean every day with clean towels and shampoo Pool was really nice clean and beautiful. Location was perfect close to the beach. Breakfast was good ( coffee, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches , juice) Owner or manager spent time with you asking do you need anything else. Just to be clear it’s not brand new motel it’s older one but everything was good. Price for the rooms was perfect. Did I mention stuff oh my goodness they are perfect

Room 202 was clean and smelled nice. The hotel is in an excellent location. I would say about 200 feet from the beach. My only complain is they have to replace the mattress. I was not comfortable at all. My husband and I did not have a restful sleep. You sink in the middle and I tried sleeping in the bottom of the bed and it was the same. The AC worked well. We got enough towels. The staff and manager were great. The only thing needed is to replace the mattress in room 202 . I don’t know if any other Mattress need replacement, but if they do, replace them. You have a great property. I would stay again. Regads, Josephine and Sid Lugo

It was a good stay in the apartment. plenty of free on street and off street parking. early check in is nice. Parking permit is for 1 vehicle for the 2 bedroom apartment. however there is plenty on street parking. Nicely remodeled. staff there late. cleaning lady comes and asks if you need anything. Comfortable stay. the Queen bed in master room is a little small. Kitchen washer and dryer is great. Living room is spacious. 3 tvs one in each bedroom. Ocean and boardwalk view. Pool area nice and clean. they offer a to go continental breakfast with an egg, cheese, sausage sandwich. Bring your own beach towels. not sure where sand wash off area is. Enjoy for a nice little family get away.

What I am about to write is not to criticize the motel, is more for you to know what you're getting into. Breakfast: Frozen breakfast sandwich, various small box of cereal or packs of oat milk, yogurt, small juice box, coffee and milk. That's it. There no warm food, nor bagel or sweet bread. There sitting area is in the same spot where the check in is. It very small. Only 8 ppl can sit inside. There is only 1 microwave. That the downside of it. Parking: The parking spots under the motel, there only a few and the space is very small. They do have parking in the side but is only like 8 parking spot. Beds: The Queens size bed are not actually queen side. It more like a full size bed. If two ppl sleep in it, it will be a tight. Also there no sofa bed. Cleaning: is ok. Not the best but ok. The tub and toilet was not fully clean. Room: Small. There is a small fridge, small microwave, small TV, shelving storage wood for you clothes. No coffee to make, no drawer, Environment: Staff are nice and the area is clean. It was quiet during the night time. A/C: Work so well. Wi-Fi: If free. Front deck will provide you their password, if you ask. Deposit: Yes, you have to pay $100 deposit. Beach: One min walk to the beach. Motel is almost in the end of the boardwalk. It take 40-45 walk to Dorchester St. (Is where mostly the special event are being done or presented.) Pool: I didn't use the pool but I did see a guy cleaning it everyday. The pool is open 9a-9p.

Cute little motel so close to the boardwalk and beach. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The pool was also very clean and well maintained. But the best part was the amazing staff! They were very friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again!
