Location was absolutely perfect! The sheets had hair on them, the floor was sandy and our tub was clogged. I was told that the family suite had a separate bedroom and it did not, it was 2 beds and a pullout couch all in one room. However, I would stay here again because of the balcony and the location. The staff was very friendly and we loved the pool!

Our room was wonderful, very clean and comfortable. The property is very dated but the people who work there go above and beyond to help. We had an oceanfront room which would have been perfect except for smokers and especially pot smokers. It made our area unusable because our neighbors decided that it was only for them. The smell on the property was unbearable at times.

Definitely needs remodeling. The pool was very nice. Breakfast is not continental. Ice is not free. The room had..hand prints on the bedboard...they don't clean well. Will not be back.

Our room was nice, the ocean view was great. The staff was helpful, we stayed Monday to Friday. The only problem we had was parking under the building. The spots are small and when other people park on the side it’s hard to park a big vehicle. So Thursday night I had to ask the front desk where to park because the whole parking lots was full. The gentlemen at the desk was super nice and helpful. The water pressure in the shower not so great. Also extra towels are under the sink in cabinet. The pool was nice and clean. Like that the older kids can walk on the boardwalk and keep busy

The hotel room was clean and smelled good at check in. The parking is terrible for any vehicle that is a suv or truck, the first day we couldn’t even park in the parking when there was a spot due to poor layout and limited space. The building itself needs some fixes for safety. I had a toddler with me and on the balcony there were 2 spots of it that had rusted and were not even attached to the balcony itself anymore. Which is a huge safety concern for any family. And there were large rust bubbles that were just painted over rather than fixed. Other than that it was overall a great stay and workers were great.

The beach view was taken up by one family who claimed the entire balcony space and did not allow anyone else to sit there. The rooms were... rooms. The beds were decent, the rooms are long and thin. They leave dishes to be used by the people who come in but they insist the guest clean them. The front door is flimsy and made all of us feel unsafe. The major issue is that they booked out and had not checked plumbing to make sure everything worked. Our toilet would not flush and their response was to provide us with a plunger, which also did not resolve the problem. Any time we needed to use the bathroom we had to walk 10 blocks down the boardwalk to the closest public toilets. When we did try plunging the toilet, a leak in the ceiling of the car park area got worse and would coat the car parked under it. They insist it is not connected to the plumbing issue, but it only happened when trying to flush/plunge so draw your own conclusions. I would not stay again if I was paid to stay.
