Dirty room, torn curtain, lumpy pillows with hair on it. Not good for travelers. Smoke alarm torn off the ceiling, I found it in a drawer. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. I walked out and did not stay here. The woman at the front desk was nice enough and refunded me without much hesitation

1)Room Front Door Panel was partially pull off! 2)The light switch at the room entrance did not turn on anything because the bulb to the lamp was missing! 3) The Smoke Alarm was missing from the ceiling, wires were exposed! It was sitting next to the TV. 4) Tissue Holder was empty not just out of tissues. 5) Only 3 towels for a room that sleeps 4.1 Bath, 1 Hand, 1 Wash Cloth Towel. 6) Did not have a toothbrush to give us.

The receptionist was confused who I was. Even after checking in she called to ask about my reservation. The room smelt like paint. The A/c and remote were broken, either way the A/c was rusty and had debris from construction so I wasn’t going to use it.. Surprisingly the bathroom was clean, not the towels though. Stepped on a roach, the next day it was gone.

The room had a ton of roaches crawling all over from the sink, under the mini fridge on the desk in the room and in the restroom. They need to fumigate that whole place. I couldn’t sleep at all, I was worried a roach would crawl on me.

Checked in and left almost immediately on a non refundable room. The rooms were disgusting. The floor was sticky dirt and dust in every corner little hairs under the sheets as well as a red stain on the mattress protector it felt like bugs were just crawling all over me (didn’t actually see any bugs). Staff was very nice and professional. Would not recommend to anyone

Rooms were dirty and customer service was mean. Hotels .com ha system issue and they spoke to them and I was put on the streets. Left bag in room and was unable to retrieve. Did not get deposit back

Judging by the condition of our room, #220, the entire building should be condemned. Blood stains on the bathroom walls/glass, graffiti in the tub and shower curtain, night table, walls. Tiles are missing, floor is sinking, caulking is separating. Carpet is heavily stained. Pillows are flat and uncomfortable well.

The hotel is overall dirty. A lot of tiny cochraches in the bathroom, I had to sleep with the light on to keep them away. They were dirty bed sheets on the outside of my room and dust all over. Hotel seems neglected. I won't come back for sure.

The room was a dump. First of all the smoke detector had been yanked our of the ceiling . It is illegal to be renting a room to the public with no smoke alarm. There were 3 lamps in the room—2 of them had NO light bulbs and the other had electrical problems and was not working. There was only one electrical outlet in the entire room that worked. This place should not be in business.
