From reception in arrival to our 2-day stay and finally to hotel checkout a 5-star experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, the reception area was well organized and clean, the gym had great selection of workout machines, and the social patio was very nice. The room was extremely clean and furnished to take advantage of space. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable! We brought two small dogs and there was excellent green areas for walks. Overall, we will absolutely stay here again! Five stars!!

The lady at check in was very pleasant and helpful during check in and out. The room was nice and very spacious! We enjoyed having a kitchenette for snacks and keeping drinks cold and extra sitting area to spread out. The AC was nice and cold and not loud at all. However, whoever stayed in the room prior to us definitely had pets in the room because the sofa and chair smelled strongly of wet unwashed dog and there was pet hair. Someone had also left behind nose trimmers and toiletries which hadn’t been cleaned out from the bathroom vanity compartments/under the vanity. It was a nice room overall and we’d stay again because it really suited our needs.

Tiffany at the front desk went over and beyond to meet our needs. The bedding was soft and luxurious! Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a Hotel!

I have not been to an extended stay hotel in a long time. I had more to adjust to than the hotel.

A new hotel with friendly staff and clientele. Soft and comfy beds. The only thing that drove me crazy were all the motion sensor lights.

Beautiful new facility! Only complaints were lights on sensors that turned off and on at will and lack of ice machine for the building. Every room has an ice machine in the freezer and they forgot to tell us to turn it on. Otherwise, a great place! Definitely would stay here again. Desk staff very friendly and helpful.

We stayed three nights and had no one to come to clean the room while we were out, We had to go and get clean towels for the bathroom. The staff on duty said that they were out of facial towels because they didn’t have any one to wash them (not good).

This would have been a glowing report as it is new, clean and the staff person was awesome but there is a major design flaw with the room ac. It blows on the bed and the t stat is so far away that you either freeze to death or turn it off and cook. It wouldn't be an easy fix. I won't be back and that's sad because it is otherwise nice.
