Very nice hotel and staff, but we found the rooms a bit small. However, the rooms were very clean and very well appointed.

The room was perfect for what I needed, the staff was very helpful and friendly and the rooms were cleaned daily, which I appreciated...The area that its located in was very lively, culturally fun and safe, I will book again whenever I am in Brooklyn

6/10 Buono

My room was small, but clean. My TV didn’t work initially because someone had unplugged it. I’m guessing this was done because somehow the TV was set to turn on at 7:00 am. A bedside lamp was also unplugged. The WiFi was so incredibly slow it wasn’t worth trying to use. Sometimes the TV would freeze as well.

The room was clean and the staff was attentive. The room was exceptionally small and the queen bed occupied about 85% of the room. I would definitely stay there again but only for very short stays.

Room was clean and bed comfortable. Staff was minimally helpful. Our bedside lamps did not work and there was little interest in looking into it. It’s “fine.” No more, no less

El hotel con facilidades muy limpias y modernas. Pero, no está cerca ni accesible de Manhattan. Toda una aventura llegar y salir de allí !!!

Sleep Inn is conveniently located and safe for solo travelers. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location could use some updates and rooms are pretty small. For the price and location, would recommend.

comfortable stay despite initial appearance of the hotel from outside. a good place to stay if you are looking for something last minute. room was clean, ac working, pretty good amenities for a 3 star hotel. staff was very helpful when i called the front desk about a question. i overall really enjoyed my stay here!

6/10 Buono

The hotel features were modern and recently updated, however the conditions were not great. Due to quick room cleaning the toilet blocked within a matter of hours, which could have been avoided with more thorough cleaning when other guests have checked out. The hotel staff and cleaning team handled it quickly, thankfully. There was also an odour of smoke in the room when I returned after spending the day outside, which was unusual as there is a no smoking policy. Overall I think cleanliness could be improved, but I still had a pleasant stay.

Good location for my needs. The room was clean, but smaller than I had ever. Interesting bagged breakfast at front desk to take to your room. I would return if it were absolutely needed and there were not other equal or better options.
