Great hotel! Room was huge, luxurious and super comfortable! Less than 5 minutes from Incheon airport with free shuttle. We missed the last shuttle and had to take a taxi to the hotel and cost us only KRW7,000. Highly recommend!

It reminded me of the level of hospitality people often associate with the Shilla. The general manager’s mindset and the thoughtful care shown by Manager Lee really stood out. Lots of hair from other passengers in the room. The connection with the terminals is not very good. The description says 7 minutes walking but it is a lot more than that and there are no sidewalk to walk in some parts. The buss will pass every half an hour. The return bus to terminal 2 which is the main terminal for international flights is not available during most part of the morning. I was expecting a much smoother connection with the airport and paid extra for this. Next time I shall get any of the other hotels in the area surrounding the airport for half the price

아침 식사가 정말 좋았습니다. 다만 예약시, 호텔비용 결재시, 여러 방면에서 힘들어 보이던데, 이번에 레이트 체크아웃 등의 서비스를 주는 이벤트 진행에 인력들이 많이 피곤해서 생기는 문제가 아닐까 생각됩니다. 세면대에 물이 내려가지 않는다던가, 2층 어린이 놀이시설이 군데군데 손질이 덜 되어있다던가 시설에서 추가적으로 손이 가야하는 부분들이 보였는데 이런 작은 시설들까지 편하게 이용하시려면 파라다이스 시티를 이용하시는 것을 추천합니다.

깨끗하고 넓은 객실에서 잘 쉬었습니다. 인천공항이 보이는 걸도 이색적이었구요. 조식뷔페도 훌륭했네요. 다만 차분한 분위기라 뭔가 할 게 많은 호캉스를 하려면 옆에 있는 파라다이스 시티에 가는 게 맞는 것 같고요. 씨메르도 할인해주어서 잘 놀고 왔습니다만 6시부터는 주요 시설이 운영 종료된다는 사실을 몰라서 5시 넘어 들어갔더니 그점이 아쉬웠네요.
