"My stay at the Hennan Palm Resort was an absolute pleasure. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how well everything worked, from the smooth and efficient transportation to the very warm welcome. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire visit, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was also fantastic—it was spacious, clean, and provided a comfortable retreat. I especially enjoyed the resort's amenities. The pools were simply wonderful and beautifully maintained, and the location was great for exploring the area. The food was another highlight, with a wide variety of delicious choices at every meal. Overall, I had a truly fantastic time and would highly recommend the Hennan Palm Resort for its great service, facilities, and a wonderful atmosphere"

"Super angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen, sowohl das Frühstück (im Preis inbegriffen), als auch das Abendessen war immer gut und von der Menge her genügend. Wir wurden vom Shuttle Service des Hotels mehrmals na verschiedenen, von uns gewünschten Orten abgesetzt/abgeholt, ohne Aufpreis. Die Lage ist etwas abseits, wer es ruhig mag ist hier super aufgehoben. Der Strand (Illig-Illigan) ist sehr sauber und ruhig und das Wasser klar. Wer es allerdings bevorzugt beim Schwimmen zuerst einige Meter durch grüne Algen zu waaten oder alle paar Minuten von einem Händler wegen Souvenirs oder Freizeitaktivitäten angesprochen zu werden, der sollte sich besser etwas am White Beach suchen."

"Extrem freundliche Servicekräfte. Der Pool ist schön und groß. Das Zimmer war sauber und groß. Der Strand hat einen sehr feinen Sand. Das einzig nicht so gute waren die Sonnenliegen die nicht verstellbar sind. Man kann nicht auf dem Bauch liegen. "

"The hotel itself has definite strengths, but also some noticeable weaknesses. It’s very new, clean, and the rooms are truly a highlight: spacious, modern, and impeccably maintained. The breakfast was also very good and exceeded our expectations. However, there is one major downside – the beach directly in front of the hotel. It was dirty and far from inviting, which we didn’t know beforehand. This is a stark contrast to the White Beach on the opposite side, which is absolutely beautiful. But it means you have to walk about 15 minutes each time to enjoy the nicer beach. While this was manageable for us, it would be great if the hotel could work on improving and maintaining the beachfront in the future. Another point we noticed: While the rooms were fantastic, the rest of the hotel felt somewhat uninspired in terms of design. The decor was entirely white, which is modern but felt sterile and lacked any warmth or personality. It gave us the impression that the hotel was just “placed there,” as others have commented – an Ibiza-style aesthetic, but without charm. Other hotels often manage to create more atmosphere and attention to detail. That said, if you’re looking for a clean, modern hotel and don’t mind walking a bit for a better beach, this is still a good choice."
