Poor service
The first room a had was great for the price. As i have a dog accompanying me having the lower floor with ground access was great. However the next morning I requested to extend my stay. The lady at the front desk was no help and didnt bother checking to see if there was any available rooms. I later had to book through a second party ap to get a room here. Now i am paying double the price for a smaller room with no outside access.

The room was not clean, from finding dried blood on curtains to leaking faucets in the bathroom, stained floor. The fold out couch had garbage stashed in it and had not been cleaned in quite awhile to say the least. No blankets or pillows for the fold out either just a dirty sheet.

Really enjoyed our one night stay. Liked the door card access o ly to 5th floor for added security. Tastefully renoed room...Lots of space...Mostly quite from any road noise... Just would like to add much needed housekeeping to outside front entrance...Discarded cigarette butts...loose garbage pine tree needles embedded in outdoor carpet.... Would book again in the future

Had a great check-in experience and the room was pretty clean and updated. Unfortunately, found a couple of large grasshoppers in my room. Additionally, the shuttle service provided left me standing in the cold for half an hour due to poor passenger management and the representative checking me out was a bit rude. Would stay here again but find another means of transportation.
