The room was updated but very small which we knew ahead of time. Our main light for the room did not work and we found three small, live, roaches in the room that we had to kill ourselves and when we notified the property they didn’t respond and sent a generic message that I contacted them “outside of business hours” however, it was before 9pm and I just spoke with someone via phone 3 mins prior. The room and hotel did not look roach infested, and everything was very clean, but something that I wish the property would have acknowledged at least.
The hotel is in downtown, nice location but a lot of homeless around seeing as though it is downtown.
The front steps smelt like urine when we arrived but the cleaning people arrived the next day and were cleaning the front steps fortunately. ALL STREET PARKING.
Throughout our entire Friday-Sunday stay there was no one at the front, there was a small office under the stairs that was open with the light on but every time I walked by no one was there.
The bath towels were so small and thin and you don’t get fresh ones each day as well as no one cleaning the room.
On the plus side the ac was freezing, the tv worked, our room had three windows so
we had natural lighting throughout the day, but the bathroom window faced another hotel or apartment building and there was no curtain or blinds so bathroom privacy was nonexistent. There was a mini fridge and microwave.
Probably wouldn’t stay here again but it was okay for this visit.
