Pre arrival there was the need to present documents and pay the tourist fee, which is ok. The problem is that they only advise you about that after the booking, and of course been on holidays I’m not checking emails. So there I was standing at the street with bags and family doing all this otherwise they would not give as the code to get into the building. Funny enough another family was standing outside on the next morning with the same problem. Other thinks is the maintenance of the coffee machine which was never working and the door from the room that didn’t looked properly or the bathroom door that was bended and not opening properly. The cleaner on our last day decided not to clean and only left the cleaner towels on the bed. Generally ok, and yes I would consider to stay again, as those are things they just need to be more careful.
