Room was small but perfect for two travelers. Location was perfect and easy access to resturants and most importantly the beachh. Some what easy to get into and the codes worked. I liked that I need a gate code plus a door code. Clean but the street lights came in and some street noise. There could be better blackout shades. I would stay here again but would need a bigger room for a family.

Excellent location, nice and spacious, clean studio. Has a hot plate, microwave, coffee pot, toaster and blender. But the crown jewel of this place is its locate. Just a short walk to the Miami convention center and beach and all the cool restaurants on Collins Ave in South Beach. Would stay here again.

The location is perfect if going to an event at the Convention Center as it was only 2 blocks away and The New World Center is another block around the corner. Close to the strip of restaurants. Room was clean for the most part. Perfect for 2 people. Two issues I had. One, I did not like the check in process. They do not have a front desk so you have to call a number to be sent the codes when you arrive. Two, the hotel is directly on a main street so it can be noisy.

La primera ves k estuve fue todo Una marsvilla ,la 2 ves el baño con un terrible olor a orine,k no habia quien lo resistiera ese weequeend no me hicieron servisio ,ni tosllas nasa ,me queje miñ veces,tuve k comprsr toallas,y lisuidos paea limpisr bkeach porque nibeso ne dieron es el descsro ,ojala y no le suceda lo midmo a nsdie .horribke.

On arrival I did not receive an email with details of room, waited 45 minutes for someone to answer the number provided after 4 o’clock check in. Smell of mold as soon as we walked in door. Bathroom towels provided were stained and smelled of mildew. Pillow cases full of stains. We did find a pleasurable maintenance man to help us with getting bleach to spray the visable mold. Neighbors screamed and fought for hours on our second night there. 10/10 would not recommend and will be emailing to see about a refund.

We were not able to get into our room multiple times. The keypad code would not receive the code we were emailed. We called to phone number on the email. Each time the person answering the phone did not understand that we could not open the door and that code would not work. There was no one on-site to assist us each time and were told that we needed to wait until morning the next day for help!!! Finally, after giving us numerous different codes to try, we were able to get into the room. The room was bare bones and not inviting. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

No communication with owner/staff. The property is mostly as advertised but found cleanliness and disrepair of concern. It was very conveniently located near the Convention Center and close enough to a number of restaurants. We had decided to extend our stay one day half way through our week and attempted every way of contacting the owner/staff that we had but received no response. We then got Hotels.com staff involved and they were also unable to make contact or get a response. We decided to book another hotel for the last night and got out of the property. I don't write bad reviews but this place deserved one. It could have been worse, but it was bad enough that I thought others should know what they're getting into. If you're looking for an affordable place near the Convention Center and don't need any help with anything, this could work for you, otherwise, there are a ton of boutique hotels in the same block that others found great.
