Great place for an overnight stay when road tripping south of Brisbane. Motel rooms are very comfortable and well thought out in design. The bowling club itself is just across a car park where the bistro serves an excellent tasting and well priced Chinese food.

A conveniently located travel stop in a town with charm. The attached bowling club and restaurant make for an easy evening, but a short walk to the river reveals other good options. Room was spacious, bed was very comfy, bathroom very clean and had all necessary facilities.

Nice clean room. Could do with some more bench space. Next door to bowling club with restaurant and pokies and the smoking area/s were handy.

Everything is good about the hotel, just the birds in the large tree out the front of the club are so noisy. Wasn’t able to sleep well
