The room was just nowhere. I’d stay we checked in because we needed to rest before we continued on our trip. The bed literally had a dent in it as if there was a body that never moved and that’s how I got there. The bathtub had huge chips in the porcelain so when taking a shower, we had to put the towel down to step on the place was just dirty not anything like the Motel 6 I’ve ever stood.

The major issue here is the high volume of vagrants and hoodied people that come out once the sun goes down right outside the rooms drinking beer, playing loud music into the night and smoking weed. I am sorry to say It is simply not safe. I had to check out and found a more established safer hotel. Go to bear valley road or to mall area for a safer (yes more $$), hotel but it’s worth it. Specially if you are there to sleep.

My AC was broken. It was literally spitting out water whenever I went to front desk to complain they didn’t care while I was taking a shower. My water turned off completely and when I told the front desk they seem like they didn’t care.

I liked how big the room was, however, the air condition was very loud and there were roaches in the kitchen area. I was shocked especially for the price I paid. I would of went somewhere else if I the money, so I just kept the light on in the kitchen area. I picked this place because my first experience with them was great but that was a few months ago. I guess it changed.

The heater and a/c do not work and when I booked room it said it came with microwave and it doesn’t.

this has to be the worst stay I ever have had anywhere. The room smelled smokey & mildewy, the room was always cold because the heater did not work. there was no coffee maker, ironing board, or iron. The towels I was given to shower with were pretty much the size of a hand towel.

This place was disgusting. I actually had to go into five different rooms just to find one I would stay in. The first for smelt like cigarette smoke and run down. The fifth one didn’t smell like cigarette smoke, but the carpet was torn up stained , light fixtures, broken, windows didn’t open.just the disgusting. I also believe that it is a place where people stay to do drugs as you can tell deals are going on.

Room was pretty clean but the shower had no water pressure. I wish I would have been told prior there was an extra $50 deposit hold. The staff ran my card on file before asking how I was paying my bill. I was paying cash. The noise outside was awful. Car alarms kept going off, people and kids walking by, kept me up most the night. Check out was a breeze and no issue giving the $50 deposit back.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. I arrived expecting to check in with a valid reservation, only to be told that I would not be allowed to check in. What made the situation even worse was that they refused to refund the money I had already paid. The staff offered little empathy or effort to resolve the issue, and I was left without a place to stay while also losing my money. I understand that hotels have policies, but customer service and fairness should still matter. Refusing both check-in and a refund is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering staying here carefully review the hotel's policies before booking. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others

I am not want to leave reviews, but this has been one of the worst experiences in this hotel. The parking is perfect because I have a truck and a big trailer was able to park and then when I go into the room, the air conditioning just turned on and was just heater OK so the next thing I turn on the TV nothing works so I go to the front office and tell the gentleman listen to the TV, not working in the AC

Room was dirty, sheets not changed... we slept on top of the blankets which we would have done anyway because the AC wasn't working. It was hot, humid, and reeked of cigarettes. Burn stains all over the room. No coffee maker, iron, blow dryer. 2 tiny "bath towels", only 2 pillows, very hard bed. It was loud, people hanging out getting drunk and high, blasting music, people yelling and arguing. It's sketchy, gross, and still way too expensive for what it is. I wouldn't pay more than $25, and only if I was desperate. I'd honestly rather sleep in the car.

Room stated it was a non-smokable, however when I got to the room, it stunk with cigarette and weed smell. Changed my room twice and it was the same or worse. The toilet wasn’t working and there was what seemed to be little black bugs on my pillows. The deposit was $50, which I got back. But I didn’t get my money back for the room. I recommended going to place down the street closer to the maverick gas station they don’t let people smoke in the rooms.

It was good bit noisy at night but had to cut it a day short my appointment got canceled . Traveled home on Thursday so I was disappointed that I didn't stay longer.
