This was a super cool place! Staff were amazing, and it was so fun getting to explore the town and the hotel. Everything is a well preserved piece of history, and it seems like the owners put a lot of time and effort into restoring the mill rather than flipping it. If I'm ever out that way again I will definitely be booking here!

The suite was clean and comfortable. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view of the river was lovely and there were nice shops, restaurants and walking trails nearby.

Once this property is completed, it will be very nice. It is far too early to be having guests stay as it is still majorly under construction and there is a lack of attention to the guest experience. The floor in our room wasn’t very clean. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything on your floor and the floor above you. The room has a full kitchen including a stove!? But lacks a comfortable place to sit. There is no useable outside space around the hotel as it’s a construction site. The highlight was the restaurant Copper Still down the road which has a great patio with lovely views of the water.

The house was newly renovated, very modern, and extremely clean. There were also plenty of kitchen utensils available. The staff were very friendly and brought us extra chairs to sit on. The surrounding area of the town was beautiful as well, and it was very relaxing to walk around the park nearby. Overall, everything was wonderful!

A recently opened hotel with all the charms of old and new. Ask the staff about the meaning of the hotel's name, Tri Century Mills. We had a corner suite, with a view of the Mississipi river and Princess Street, and it was gorgeous. And there were plenty of choices in the area for shopping and eating. We will return!

The place is newly renovated so all the amenities in the suite are very clean and new (dishwasher, stove top, microwave and fridge). Plates, cups and mugs and cutlery are provided as well. There’s laundry room on the floor we stayed as well. Our suite is at the front so we have the view of the Mississippi River. Downtown and the restaurants are just few blocks away and there’s a trail close by as well if you want to go for a walk. There’s a renovation going on when we stayed there where they’re building the cafe and there’s going to be a gym ( from what we heard 😊), but most of the time it’s quiet and relaxing and you won’t get lost ‘coz staff are nice and easy to approach. We’ll definitely be going back to stay there again and see what the cafe will looks like.

Tri Century Mill Suites is an absolutely beautiful hotel. It is meticulously clean, safe, and incredibly beautiful. I landed in Tri Century because I was unable to find a hotel in Ottawa. Although the drive into the city each day for work was about 40 mins., I would choose this hotel again. Carleton Place is filled with charm, countless choices for restaurants, and a perfect place for a walk. Tri Century is working to complete some of the additional amenities, like an in-house cafe and patio, and I can already see that these additions will be completed with the same level of care and attention to detail, where they maintain the beautiful history of the property but update it to today's standards. Thank you Tri Century for a wonderful stay.

I stayed one night at Tri Century Mill Suites in mid March. My room was spacious, clean and absolutly gorgeous. There were massive windows looking out over the river which runs around the property. I didn't need the kitchenette, but if I did it was very well equipped. This room had a bedroom separate from the living space, also with a huge window and a deep sill. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. It was a very short walk to town where I could choose from a variety of restaurants and bars. The town of Carleton Place is quaint and appears to be very well cared for.

It is not often you get to stay in a Textile Mill. This property has been converted extremely well, with spacious, clean and fully equipped rooms. Highly recommend.
