Bed & mattress needed to be updated. Appeared and felt very old. The couch was worn and stained. Stains on the carpet too. Hall way and around the stairs near our room smelled of cigarette smoke. Nice size room and staff was helpful.

It was a very pretty hotel when you walk in there’s a beautiful staircase and it was probably the best vibed hotel me and my boyfriend have stayed at our check in was fast and we weren’t disturbed or treated bad. The girl at the front desk was amazing and super nice we loved her and she honestly deserves everything good coming her way! Thank you guys.

The staff was truly exceptional. The hotel and rooms are quite outdated. The walls and showers were not very clean, but the furniture surfaces were. The toilet had some problems, and we were offered another room immediately. Being close to the track and availability of the outside shuttle service "all aboard," we would definitely return.

There were only a few people staying at the hotel when we arrived. Pros - the people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, the continental breakfast was good, the rooms were big and the beds were comfortable, the maids came regularly to change the sheets and linens and there were plenty of streaming options available. Cons - the locks on the door in our room was broken forcefully and needs to be replaced, we had to run the hot water for 15 minutes before we were able to take a shower, there was no shuttle from the airport, and the hotel could have used some additional cleaning. There were stores, gas stations and restaurants all within walking distance which helped.

Rooms were acceptable but needs some updating. Better sheets, some had cigarette holes and old stains. You can tell they were clean but can see the stain outline. Parking lot felt deserted.

The staff was friendly and the clientele was pleasant; after that things went downhill. The floor of the room was dirty such that white socks weren’t required to see it. The room reeked of mustiness and cleaning solution. The only cockroach seen in the room was very small, hence the two star rating. Place was run down in and out. Neighborhood had multiethnic restaurant offerings and while run down, did not appear unsafe.

Paid a deposit that wasn't on the website or anywhere near their policy in fact when I went to check out the notice that said you had to pay $100 deposit was gone. The entire place stunk like in nursing home the manager was rude and the place was dilapidated would definitely not stay there again.

Terrible experience. The customer service was among the worst I have encountered. The room was dirty, with broken doors and no hot water at all. The towels were extremely small, more like kitchen towels than bath towels. Breakfast offered very limited options, and the area did not feel safe. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Found the entire place unsatisfactory. I booked because the said breakfast included, NO BREAKFAST ! Middle of shower ran out of hot water , went to use hair dryer- didn’t work ! My stay was okay overall, but I definitely have some feedback. The biggest issue was cleanliness. We had to switch rooms because the first room was dusty, had dead bugs in the window, a dirty refrigerator, and a dusty ice bucket. The second room was better but still had dust on the windowsill and desk, and the ice bucket still wasn’t clean. The hotel’s ice machine also needs attention. The hot water was another issue. It took nearly an hour to get hot, and staff had to run water in other rooms to fix it. Guests should be told about this at check-in instead of relying on a sign. The phone in the room and the outlet by the TV also didn’t work, making it inconvenient to contact the front desk or plug in electronics. The linens desperately need replacing. We had to go through an entire cart of sheets and blankets to find clean, acceptable ones, and because there was no housekeeping staff, we had to change them ourselves after a 3-hour drive. We also didn’t have an extra roll of toilet paper, which should be standard. The fitness center was more like a small room with a few pieces of equipment. Despite these issues, the staff was friendly and did their best to help, but the hotel could really benefit from better maintenance and cleanliness.

The night staff was excellent. However, we had a very disappointing entry into our room. The first room we were given, had never been clean from the day before. Clearly the bed had been used in the room was a mess. The second room already had somebody in it and then he said oh we’re going to upgrade you to the south room but we didn’t have a king bed and it was super super noisy in the hallway all night long.

The continental breakfast was okay, nothing spectacular but well stocked and many options. The motel was clean but definitely showing its age. Overall, a decent place to stay in Indianapolis that was inexpensive and allows a one night stay on little notice.
