Very friendly and helpful staff. Great rooms, very comfortable and clean. Brilliant location, so close to the beach and the view from our balconies was fab. The outdoor pools were closed (being November, understandable!) but we used the indoor pool. It's small but good. The breakfast buffet was good value and enjoyable.

Really good breakfast and great hotel with great staff , close to the beach in the calmer part. The only ”bad” thing is that you could quite easy hear through the walls which woke me up a couple off times every night. Had a room against the street so when people were shouting from the bar or when cars and motorcykels pushed their engines i woke up

I LOVED this hotel! I would definitely stay again and recommend. Clean, lovely room amazing staff, I could go on. The only thing I would mention (not related to the hotel but people staying at it) is that there should be a sign in the rooms that states people should be respectable about loudness of tv volume - especially at night!

Another amazing stay

Stayed here twice, for 4-5nights and both experiences have been excellent. Airport is literally 10mins away, and from the location to the food to the beach view from the pool, you can not fault this hotel. The area is nice and away from the busier El Arenal but only a 15-20min train ride away if you want that atmosphere Very happy and will be defiantly staying here again.

Fantastic hotel

Amazing location very near the airport. On the beach but so quiet. A lovely area. Very few cars mostly cyclists. Hotel is spotless and always smelled so clean and fresh. Reception staff so helpful and the woman cleaning our room was so lovely. Would highly recommend this hotel and the area. Will be back in 2024.

Rooms dated. Air con was poor, fridge did not cool items. Shower leaked badly so bathroom flooded every use. Shower is over bath too, not a modern style. Coffee at breakfast was highlight. Breakfast is fine. Beach front location is lovely.

Not sure if i would stay again.

I was going to initially review the hotel as excellent but there were a few things that narked me. Firstly, we booked a superior sea view but there was nothing "superior" about the room plus the only way to get a side sea view was to hang over the balcony. Secondly, there were no toiletries. For a 4 star, i would expect some but the only thing in the bathroom was a comb. Luckily i have hair but if i was bald i would feel insulted. The shop across the road sold toiletries but over 5 euros for a conditioner so we went without. The bed was really hard so much that i had to take painkillers before and after bedtime. One very thin silky sheet which felt meh too. There was aircon but as it was round the corner there was no direct air into the bedroom area. Pool was lovely but cold and pool bar was shut. Restaurant manager and staff lovely and good choice of food. Lastly was told no late check out despite rooms showing available on all hotel sites including their own and i was more than happy to pay full rate for a night even though we were leaving at 6pm.
