Great Location

The location of this hotel is amazing. It's just a few kilometers from everything that you want to see,and. 5 minute walk to Trevi Fountain. The room is big and the A/C works great. Service was polite and very responsive. My only negative is the bed was very hard for me, and there is only 1 small table with 1 chair. There is plenty of room for a sofa or small seating area. The only place to sit as a couple os on the bed.

The place was very clean and nice. The cleaning lady was very friendly. Location is great if you want to be right where all the shops and tourists are. Two things to improve - there is a nice tea stand but no chairs for two people to sit and actually enjoy it, so you need to sit on the bed or stand up.. there is no luggage room so you need to leave your things in the lobby if your flight is a little later

Beware! We spent 5 nights at this property, which they call a hotel. There is no receptionist or concierge; everything is done through WhatsApp. We had a black plastic bag on the floor (not near the trash can) that had our laundry in it. The bag was taken from the room—I assume it was thrown out. Our attempt to retrieve it was unsuccessful. The WhatsApp concierge said, “The maid did not remove anything from the room.” Ok? Then who did??? No apology, just a blunt “we didn’t do it.” There go our clothes… When I requested clean towels, I was told, “The maid leaves the number of towels according to the number of guests.” Then why did we get 2 towels for 3 people? When I insisted, I was told the maid works until 13:00. So no towel… The shower has no door and there are mirrors everywhere, so if you’re traveling with anyone other than a partner, this is not fun. Oh, the kicker… the SAFE. The code is provided by the concierge, and you cannot change it. So the safe code is shared between us and the hotel staff. Lol. Location is great. That’s all it has going for it. Would not recommend.

One/Two Nights MAX

The hotel is perfect for 1 to 2 night stay at the very most. Overall the experience was just OK. While the hotel is centrally located, it lacks a few things worthy of coming back. The bedding situation felt a bit budget friendly and the mattress gets very very very hot at night despite the room staying cold throughout the day. The safe box is extremely small (could fit a wallet at most) and the code is preprogrammed by the hotel. There’s a lot of foot traffic and car noise as the hotel is on a main street. The room is very spacious but it’s not ideal for long term stay.
