Lugar bem localizado, boa estrutura e fiel às fotos. Os funcionários do checkin foram um pouco ríspidos mas antes do meu atendimento tinha um senhor causando um alvoroço o que pode ter influenciado pq fui atendido logo em seguida. No geral atendeu bem, vaga coberta, seguro. Gostamos!

Very clean rooms but beware if you book from hotels.com. Room description was not accurate. I was first checked into a wrong room but the receptionist (Sheperd) was kind enough to get me the right room the same day. Very friendly staff. I would definitely book again.

Our regular hotel was booked, so we decided to try One Rosebank. We have a new regular! You get a whole small apartment, huge smart tv, balcony, kitchen, and an in unit washer/dryer combo. The Rosebank mall is just a couole of blocks and the walk is safe. The security was top notch and the restaurant was 10/10. Definitely recommend!

Quiet and centrally located Check in was extremely slow Considering the rugby was being hosted in JHB that night and the block was running in 100% occupancy it would be only practical to run the reception with. More than one check in staff The biometrics are very problematic especially at the under cover parking Other than that all was good .Apartment was well equipped and spacious

Lovely apartment . Cleaned room daily. Found the finger print exit challenging and we were given a card access which was less stressful for us. Excellent security. Lovely views of Jhb, Sandton and Northcliff.

The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped the staff were efficient and friendly. There were staff on reception 24 hours a day, which helped with our early morning collection. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spotless and just as pictured. The housekeeping staff were all great and kept up with the cleaning. The reception staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Shout out to Lehoho and Byron and all the sweet girls. Highly recommend staying here.
