The place was very clean when we arrived. The host didn’t meet us and we walked around looking for the place for about an hour and tried to get hold of him but without good phone service it was difficult. He was a little frustrated and rude. We did make a last minute booking so wasn’t time for him to give us directions. It is very close to metro stop and restaurants and we liked the area!
Started to go downhill when we discovered we didn’t have our own bathroom ( didn’t read well enough) and people in room next to us were very odd. They seemed like they were troubled people , maybe on drugs, or something and had a dog. Their door was open and I went in hall to ask them a question and the woman was so afraid of me, the dog started to bark at me, the noyfriwnd got mad and they coughed , hacked and yelled at each other all night long. We were afraid of them and afraid to go to bathroom during the night. It was awful. We were going to leave the next day except they were checking out. I know host can’t control these things.
What he can control though is that nothing was cleaned that day . They were not clean people and no one cleaned the shared bathroom, nor their dirty room- we called about the shower filling up with water and host said he’d come fix and didn’t. Also power went out first night. Luckily , the strange guy called host and fixed it but had he not been there we wouldn’t know what to do. The walls are paper thin but if you rent all 3 rooms it’s great
