We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was great and everything is only a short walk away. There was everything you needed in the hotel, the room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel overall was very well presented and clean. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much. We would definitely stay and and would reccommend this hotel.

Just perfect. Hotel is super new. Outside they were still building some kind of therasse (March26). Very clean, nice shower, good quality Hairdryer, bog rainshower, comfy and big bed, decent storage and smart layout over all. Staff was helpfull aswell. For that price def 10/10!!

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights for our first visit to Budapest. Absolutely LOVED this hotel! It's in the perfect spot. A few blocks from St Stephens with the Danube a few blocks in the other direction. A ton of wonderful restaurants a 2 minute walk away. The location is perfect. As far as the hotel itself...spotless clean. Very comfortable bed and the bathroom was beautiful. Great water pressure in the shower. The staff could not have been any nicer.... Lastly the breakfast was also very good..3 types of eggs, pancakes, different pastries and cold cuts... and seriously the best coffee. We loved this hotel and if we get back to Budapest we're staying there again!

The hotel is in an excellent location and very clean . The staff were very friendly but did not offer information freely ie we were not told on arrival breakfast times or when the bar closed ( which was 10.30pm each night ) so got caught out with not been able to have a drink on return to the hotel one night . Breakfast again was lovely and catered for everyone - again was not told where everything was which may sound silly but we did not have toast on day 1 as it was in completely different area and juice was not easy to spot as it was on an iPad type device to pour. Would definitely stay there again as very good value for money the staff just need slight training in giving guests information

Det var desværre en rigtig dårlig oplevelse. Det eneste gode var rengøringen og receptionisten tirsdag aften og onsdag morgen, som i det mindste smilede. Personalet var ellers sure og vrisne, og vi følte os ikke velkomne på hotellet. Især bartenderen mandag og tirsdag aften, skulle helt klart på et kursus i god kundeservice. Aldrig er vi blevet snerret så meget af. Baren lukkede kl.22:30, og allerede fra kl. 19:30 var det ikke længere muligt at købe hverken kaffe eller te. Vore værelser var ekstremt kolde da vi kom, og det trak ind far de franske døre, så meget at det ene værelse måtte “isoleres” med puder fra sengen. Vi kommer ikke igen på dette hotel. Og prisen er ALT for høj i forhold til den ringe service på alle måder.
