No complaints about the room. It was clean and the AC worked well. It appeared to have been remodeled recently. You can tell they’re working on the rest of the property as they can. Would definitely stay again.

10/10 – Aussergewöhnlich

Room was clean, bed good condition, easy parking, and mostly quiet, until they put someone beside me who was unloading i pickup into the room. Then went away and came back with another load. There were at least 10 empty rooms in the next building

Stayed here a few times now while traveling. My only complaint is that the AC in the room is not on when you arrive, leaving the rooms very hot when you check in.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Sunset Inn in Brady. Everything was satisfying, customer service, clean, and relaxing. Would definitely book again! Just remember to bring an iron and a blow dryer. I don’t believe they provide those. Otherwise, very reasonable pricing and great establishment. Sincerely, Jill C

6/10 – Gut

Rooms were clean, but towels were stained. Only a partial roll of toilet paper, so ran out. Somebody outside making a lot of noise after midnight, had to call the office. A lot traffic noise from the highway. Plenty of parking, conveniently located. I guess it wasn't one of their better nights.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Just didn't like the crickets or the TV pausing because of the internet.

Met outside with friendly service. Room was a little beat up but other than that it was clean. Overall, for a 1 night stay on a trip, this isn't a bad option.

10/10 – Aussergewöhnlich

Upon arrival, staff was very friendly realized I had a large vehicle with a RV in tow and instructed me where to park and gave me a room right across from my vehicle. Parking lot is very large and accommodates 18 wheelers and big trucks with trailers or RVs very convenient for the area restaurant close by fast food close by and a Walmart right behind it room was very clean. I was very impressed with how clean it was. It smelled great. The bed was comfortable. The sheets were comfortable. There was nothing wrong, except for DIRECTV not having the local channels and I wanted to watch the World Series up watching on my phone, but staff was friendly enough to explain to me. The reason why they did not have those specific channels, which was out of his control. If I’m never in the area, I will stay again for sure.

10/10 – Aussergewöhnlich

We did not get to stay there due to a City water leak that had the water shut off for a few blocks, but the desk attendant was so nice and accommodating. And quick to put in for a refund for us.
