Honestly- I was so pleasantly surprised by the customer service. Everyone was so friendly, kind and helpful.
The hotel was absolutely clean. I don’t think I saw anything to complain about on that end.
The kitchen in the room was well equipped. Had a cute seating area with the television in front. Keep in mind, you may have to gently angle the flat screen to view from your bed (mounted to the wall but can be angled as mentioned).
I will say the water from the faucet and shower was a bit “odd” in that it left your skin feeling like you still had soap on you and you needed to keep washing. I hope that makes some sort of sense.
The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. A good variety of options (French toast, turkey sausage, eggs, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, bagels, muffins, tea, coffee etc.) in a clean and organized area with seating surrounding it. They do have a snack area but I didn’t get anything after seeing that a bottle of water is $6. There are convenience stores all over- one pretty much down the street- go buy water/ drinks and snacks at one of them. Also- a short drive and you have tons of food options.
The parking situation was a little confusing but again- the staff were so helpful which made things go smoother. It is $44/ night which is a bit pricey. Your room key card lets you in and out of the garage and when you finally leave- you use the key card and drop there.
Overall- one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a while, if not the best.
Thank you!
