The hotel upgraded us to the master suite and it was absolutely beautiful. The best hotel suite I have ever had. Also, the staff is very friendly at the hotel and the resort is beautiful, with plenty of activities. You can also see impressive wildlife right at the resort, including sloths and monkeys.

Everyone at the Parador were extremely kind, professional and helpful. They were so sweet to point out different wildlife as they saw them, so that we could experience them as well.
