Clean and new

Clean, new building. Partition between rooms could have been more soundproofed but close to Ealing Broadway for walking and nice neighbourhood. Was more AirBnB than Guesthouse but reasonably priced.

Overall stay was okay. Good location a short walk to the tube. Was able to park on street outside, weekend stay but would have required permit if it wasn’t. Bed was comfy and nice bed linen. There were a few issues with maintenance and cleanliness in the property. I was locked in the bathroom twice due to the lock being broken. It wasn’t quite clear in the listing that the bathroom was shared access, so this was a bit of an issue. Said there was a fridge etc in the room which there wasn’t. No hair dryer etc. The wifi did not work and phone signal was poor. The window was broken and wouldn’t close, which meant uncomfortable first nights sleep with the heat and being woken by the tube which was right behind. Ended up leaving late on the night of our last stay as just couldn’t sleep.

Good property and good price. Only area for improvement for me would be a mirror in the room. But apart from that we couldn't complain. We were luckily on parking but if you were to go please make sure you pre-book somewhere.

Well presented clean appartment

Lovely clean and modern although basic. Could have done with a mirror in the room so I didn’t have to use the shared bathroom and hold other guests up. You do hear the trains but that didn’t bother us at all. Would stay again.

Don't stay here - Bed bugs!

The room looked nothing like the pictures published on Hotels.com. It was absolutely filthy with hair everywhere and to make matters worse, it had an infestation of bed bugs. I bumped in to other guests staying at the accommodation whilst I was there and they all reported the same filthy experience. Stay clear.

I should have read the other reviews before booking, my experience was very similar to what others described. The wall between rooms is removable and extremely thin, so conversations from the next room can keep you awake. The bathroom is shared, even though the listing didn’t mention it. The windows can’t be opened, and it gets very hot at night. The bigger bed, described in the listing as "king", was probably twin wise.

Imagine our surprise when the room we booked for 3 adults only had one queen bed. Since one of the adults declined to join us last-minute, we didn't need a new room but a refund of the extra cost for the extra adult was promised. Two weeks later I have not not seen this refund. Place was clean and quiet, but management is sketchy.

While the property looked fine, It is not set up for sharing with other people. The room we had was a locked closet door divider with the room next door. There is no sound proofing what so ever. We heard everything from our neighbors, getting minimal sleep. The room was also stifling; the window didn’t open for fresh air and there is no air conditioning to off set that problem.

Although the room itself was actually quite nice, I have to give an overall poor rating due to the extremely disappointing check-in process. When I made the booking via Expedia through TD, the confirmation email stated that, since this hostel does not have a front desk, a separate email would be sent one day prior to check-in with instructions for online check-in and registration. However, I never received any such email, neither from Expedia nor from the hostel, on the day before check-in or even on the check-in day itself. To make matters worse, the hostel provided no contact information other than a phone number. I tried calling several times, and it was only on the third attempt that someone finally answered. The staff member did not sound very friendly, and although they said they would resend the email, nothing came through. I had to call back again, at which point they told me to send them an email so they could reply from there. The entire ordeal took almost two hours, during which I was wandering the streets without even knowing the hostel’s exact address. At one point, I really thought I would have nowhere to stay for the next couple of days. The experience was so stressful that it still feels traumatic even now. I strongly recommend you not to book this hostel if you are reading this review.

Absolutely not as advertised. Wpuld not stay again. Advertised as sound proofed rooms, my room was separated by nothing more than a bifolding door from the next room. On 2 different nights the occupants of the next door room attempted to enter my room through the bifold door which was held shut only by 1 bolt because they thought it was another room to their room. I felt unsafe as a lone female as these were male guests. In addition the room was advertised as with bathroom. It was shared. I raised both issues with the hotel. They were not interested. I raised the issue with hotels.com who tried to get me a refund so I coild find somewhere else to stay but the hotel refused. They do NOT supply towels. Bring your own. Do not expect to be able to cook as the kitchen has very little crockery and the cutlery is poor quality. There are no televisions in the ground floor rooms. There are no cleaning products provided for the kitchen so cleanliness there was poor. There was no extra toilet paper.provided. There was no bideside lamps Thewindows did not open so no ventilation. No fans of aircon in 30+ heat No fire escape only one door in amd out. no fire evacuation plan

The actual place has so much potential but unfortunately I found bed bugs. I reached out to the property but there was no response given. There are also no iron available so not great if you are staying for work and need clothes to look fresh in the morning Rooms aren't as sound proofed as it makes out. It's right behind Ealing Broadway station so there are trains going until late at night.
