✅ Version 1 — Clear & Honest Disappointing & Unsanitary — Avoid MadeComfy!
My wife and I stayed here for 4 days through MadeComfy and it was a very disappointing experience. Thick dust on the lamps that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years — probably 10 years worth! We were given only 2 towels for two people, no hand towels, and no drinking water. Essentials were extremely scarce — just 2 rolls of toilet paper, 4 sachets of sugar, and 2 tea bags for our entire stay.
The fridge was in poor condition and the bed sheets were visibly dirty. There were 5 soap dispensers in the bathroom — all either empty or nearly empty. When we tried to use the iron, it tripped the electricity immediately so we couldn't iron anything. Worst of all, we had no running water for an entire day — we couldn't shower before bed and had to wait until the next day.
I've already reported all these issues to Expedia and received a partial refund. Save your money — MadeComfy should be ashamed to offer a place like this.
