Die Zimmer sind groß und vor allem das Bett ist sehr gemütlich. Das Hotel ist neu allerdings mit vielen Baustellenrückstände. Der Strand ist toll leider nicht viele Liegen. Am Pool sind ausreichend viele Liegen. Die Cocktails sind lecker und alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Die Minibar wird täglich aufgefüllt. Die Restaurants waren soweit gut manchmal hat der Service lange gedauert, besonders im Steakhouse. Es gibt eine Bowlingbahn auch ohne Reservierung kommt man dran. Im Großen und Ganzen hat mir die Anlage gut gefallen. Ich kann dieses Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen

The two stars is for the staff that was very nice once we got settled into our rooms. The manager Samuel was very unhelpful, he did not accommodate me for any of the mishaps that occurred. I paid for two rooms, I did not get checked into the second room until 10:30pm when check in is at 3pm, 7.5 hours later which is ABSURD. Once I finally got checked in the second room, the room was exposed with big holes in the walls full of wires due to construction that was NOT completed, drawers were missing from the dresser, mini bar had absolutely nothing in it, the bathroom door lock was broken it wouldn’t shut. Overall the food was decent not the best it was more americanized food versus expecting their culture type of food.

I just came back from 5 days at Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres. We arrived at night and were greeted with smiles, a cool towel and a cocktail. We were hungry and fbe restaurants were closing in 10 mins (at 10pm). The Margarita Restaurant was very accommodating and let us order a meal! The resort is beautiful. The food at every restaurant was delicious. The staff really work hard to make sure you’re having a good time. To name a few that made our stay extra enjoyable - Carlos, Maria, Mario, San Francisco… and the all the others who worked around the clock. I read some negative reviews about the conditions of the rooms and certain areas were not finished, had chipped paint and etc. I noticed this only because the reviews made me look at these imperfections. In no way did it alter or ruin my vacation… this place is really beautiful. The food and drinks are delicious, and the staff all go above and beyond. I wish the buffet was open for dinner but I think the hotel was only at 50% capacity so I’m sure once this place starts filling up, they will offer buffet for dinner. Great experience overall and would recommend.

This would have been a 5 star except for a few issues. 1. our room AC did not work properly. The thermostat did not change the temperature at all. First night it was ice cold, probably around 15-16 C. We needed extra blankets to keep warm. The front desk sent someone as soon as we complained the next day, but they fixed it by keeping the room at a constant 24-25C. Still the thermostat didn't work. The next day they sent someone to fix it (at our request). He did something and said to wait 20 minutes and it should have changed the temp to a comfortable 21-22C. Nope. Next day we went to front desk and explained the thermostat still didn't work. They would not do anything else about it. Their solution was to offer us an extended checkout time to 2:30. While this was appreciated it didn't solve the problem. The next day we had water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom on to the floor. Management asked us to move to a new room, which we did. Bingo, the Thermostat worked in this room. 2. Entertainment was mediocre in my opinion. 3. Gym equipment was just OK, a brand I had never heard of. The weight machines were good. The exercise bike not very smooth but not terrible. The good: 1. nice big clean pools 2. great food 3. very attentive staff 4.All kinds of places to sit in shaded areas around the pools and on the beach. 5. beach had very nice sand and they had a life guard. They get very little seaweed. It was windy every day so the waves were a little rough to enjoy a swim.

We were there Jan 2-9 and they just opened Dec. 3,2025. It was a soft opening so they were still trying to understand what if any improvements needed to be done. Rooms are large, property decor is beautiful and plenty of food selection at the many restaurants. Minor issues with A/C unit but not a major problem. Highly recommend staying at the resort. Upgrade to the Privilege suite which has a butler, private pool and beach and their own restaurant.

We had a mixed experience at Ocean Allure. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. If you are lucky enough to have a room with a beach view, it is absolutely worth it. The beach itself is wonderful. Plenty of loungers, relaxed atmosphere, and very well maintained. Breakfast is good with enough variety to start the day well. The coffee at Mike’s is outstanding, truly one of the highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, the dinner experience is extremely disappointing. There are not enough dining options, the quality of the food is poor, and the organization is chaotic. Reserving a table is unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. This is not what you expect from a resort at this level. The dinner concept really needs to change, because in its current state it seriously affects the overall experience. This should not be happening at a hotel like this.

This place was just what we needed. We came here for some rest and relaxation and that is exactly what we got. If you are looking for a party resort, this place is not for you! It’s still very new and not everything is complete or worked out. We expected a few hiccups and they didn’t bother us. The rooms: We got a privilege ocean view room. It was worth the extra $$. It was ridiculously spacious with tons of closet space, living area, 2 full bathrooms, and an amazing view. The bed was amazing. Firm but very comfortable. I did not like the pillows. They flattened quickly. Let me just say their air conditioner was set on Artic. Thankfully you can adjust it. The staff: Most of the staff was very friendly, attentive, responsive, and went that extra mile to make sure you felt taken care of. I want to send a shout out to our butler, Andres. He took care of all our dinner reservations and other scheduling needs. Little touches like drinks and sweets sent to the room was lovely. Isua, Emilio, Leticia were fantastic in the privilege pool. Some of the wait staff took a long time getting drinks and stuff (25+ minutes) but we knew with them, it was done! The started realizing we would come at a certain time and already had towels and chairs waiting on us! Daniel at Sakura- not only is this probably our favorite restaurant, but Daniel was absolutely the best waiter we had. This man has waiting down to a fine art! He was just that good! What stood out the most was the staff, Antonio, Janet, Hector, and Maria!! They were all outstanding were their service and interactions! Always in a good mood and wanting to be helpful or have fun! On top of the staff the food/drinks were very good! Privilege restaurant was my favorite! The rooms were Always clean and restocked! Games and activities were fun and very involved! Overall great vacation stay!

Our stay at Ocean Allure. Was great! Resort was very clean and wasn’t over populated due being a very new resort also making it a laid back vacation. Staff were very pleasant. I would like to give a big thanks to Alessa! She helped me make reservations for my wedding anniversary, get flowers, and decorated our room to surprise my wife! Thanks for all your help Alessa!

We had a great stay during the week between Christmas and New Years. Every staff member we met was amazing, courteous and friendly. The room was lovely and spacious with plenty of storage. The pools and beach were perfect. One tip - upgrading to Privilege status is worth it. It is very hard to get a dinner reservation if you are not Privilege, where the butlers make the reservation for you! If you are looking to relax and unwind you will be happy at Ocean Allure!

Originally we booked 3 rooms for 5 people. Few days after making the reservation we wanted to add one more person to the third room. Called, emailed tried to reach out, unfortunately unsuccessful. Expedia was not able to help me, since the only way Expedia agent was able to do it, it was to cancel the third room and rebook it. Unfortunately there was no guarantee that there will be a room available. Therefore advised by Expedia agent to book the flight separately for 6th person and add all inclusive package at the arrival. Since we had a room already it shouldn’t been a challenge. I even went step further and reached out to H10 hotels corporate reservation. They also couldn’t help me since Ocean Allure is a new property and they have not received a training to do so. As per agent on the phone. Since none of my emails not messages ever got returned we decided to add all inclusive package at the property. What a pleasant surprise that was. We got charged $1500 for 5 nights only for the all inclusive package. As mentioned we already had a room booked with one person and purchased the fare separately. That was way too high of a charge for all inclusive only. It wasn’t all. It has been a challenge to make a reservation as a group of 6, since only way to make dining reservations was separately for each room. They also couldn’t make a change to the reservation to show 2 guests on the third room. You would think it shouldn’t be a problem after paying $1500 in addition….

Resort is beautiful! Food was really good, good selection at breakfast buffet, dinner restaurants were excellent. The coffee shop had the best coffee I have ever had at an all inclusive. I would pay money for the mikes latte. Lots of seating at pools and lazy river. Less seating at the beach. Staff is very kind and worked so hard! (Make sure you are tipping them!) Highly recommend this resort!

I had an awesome experience staying at Ocean Allure Cancun. The hotel is modern, clean, and in a great location with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, with great views and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff really stood out—Tony, Hector, Janet, Maria and Ale very friendly, professional, and always willing to help with recommendations or anything we needed. The atmosphere was laid-back but still fun, making it perfect whether you’re looking to relax or explore Cancun’s nightlife.

We stayed here for 5 days & it was an incredible experience. The staff was absolutely the best each of us have ever experienced! They really go above and beyond at every twist and turn to make you feel welcomed. The food is outstanding with plenty of options. There is a very good breakfast & lunch buffet here if you are looking for that option. They also have PLENTY of stand alone restaurants with a la carte and full menu options as well. Plenty of pools with more than enough spacing and servers who are constantly available to serve you drinks. The beach is stunning as well! Rooms are clean & ours (Privilege Junior Swim Up) contained a waterfall shower, fridge with drinks (both alcoholic & non), plenty of closet space, safe, steamer for clothes, dual sinks & a beautiful swim up right outside. This just opened Dec 3rd so there are a few MINOR things they could improve upon such as slightly warmer pool water. We noticed not many people were utilizing the pool due to its extremely cold temperatures. The 2nd would be more consistent music by the pools. We found ourselves having to pool hop a bit to find where the music was playing. Lastly, there are day beds available at the beach for privilege customers...you HAVE to arrive there by 6am at the latest as it is first come first served. I would like to see them add more of those as a convenience for others who pay max price as well. Again these are minor improvements but overall 10/10 place and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone.

We recently stayed at this resort and overall had a pleasant experience. The property is very clean, quiet, and not crowded, which made it easy to relax. The beach itself is beautiful and well maintained. However, there are not nearly enough lounge chairs. If you arrive around 10 a.m., you’ll likely spend a good amount of time walking back and forth trying to find one. I understand the resort just opened on December 1st, but if you know how many rooms are booked, it seems reasonable to provide enough basic essentials for your guests. The Italian restaurant was clearly understaffed — it took about 20 minutes just to get water, and the fish we ordered was dry. This was disappointing, especially since it’s the only restaurant that requires reservations. The other restaurants were decent and more consistent. Our room was clean when we arrived, except for the shower floor, which we had to rinse ourselves. After the first night, we used the door hanger to skip housekeeping, but once we removed it the next day, no one came to clean — not that day, nor the next, until late at night. The spa was another letdown. A 60‑minute massage was $169, which would be fine if the spa felt special, but the space was very plain and lacked any warmth or coziness. I wouldn’t return to the spa based on this experience. On a positive note, booking a trip to Xcaret Park through the resort was very easy, everything went smoothly, and we enjoyed it a lot. High potential, but currently in a "soft-opening" transition. Pros: Beautiful tropical design, amazing beach, decent food options, plenty of entertainment, and incredibly kind staff. Cons: Visible construction flaws (paint/tiles) and very cold pool water (we believe the water temperature should be comfortable enough not to be shivering). Great for adults, but wait a few months if you want a "polished" experience. I have no doubt that this resort can be a 5 star resort in the future. • Overall Rating: 4/5 Stars (soft opening) • Best For: Couples, families with adult children, wanting a more relaxed focused stay with entertainment available. Hi So I booked the resort privilege suite ocean view. I informed the resort that we old be there 12pm and if possible needed an early check in. That was not done. We were given a suite at 3:30pm. With a partial ocean view.disappointed honestly but the overall stay was made so comfortable by the staff and resort was so new and clean and beach was so clean an amazing that we really forgot about the check in hiccups. Alex our server in privilege restaurant was a 5 star guy who made every effort to please us. The best restaurant was the privilege one with excellent views and food breakfast lunch and dinner. A big disappointment was the French restaurant. The steakhouse and Japanese restaurant were really good too. It was our first time in Cancun and I am so glad that I chose Ocean Allure and even more glad that I chose their privilege room.
